Salt Boutique is based in London and all our products are shipped from London (UK). By placing your order from outside the UK, you understand that import duties and taxes may occur.

UK DELIVERY

We aim for all orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday to be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday and on Saturday and Sunday are shipped on the Monday.

Most orders will be dispatched within 1 working day subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock. 

CLICK & COLLECT

This is a free service if you wish to collect your order from our South Kensington store in person. This is available on all items sold online. Please bring along a copy of your order, and to prevent fraud we are unable to release your order without seeing your payment card.

EU DELIVERY

Since 1st January 2021, new charges apply to orders shipped from the UK to the EU. Orders may be subject to taxes, import duties and fees ("Fees") once they arrive in the destination country. These Fees are not included in our prices nor in our delivery charges and you are responsible for their payment directly to the relevant local authorities. 

Import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies vary from country to country. It may be a good idea to contact your local customs office before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

  • Europe Zone 2 express delivery (3-4 days) £35: Bouvet Island, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Portugal, Switzerland, Turkey, Israel, Sweden, Malta, Guernsey, Spain, Austria, Denmark, Hungary, Poland

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Salt Boutique, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your purchase refund.

US DELIVERY

As the recipient from outside of the UK, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the US; payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. In the US you can spend up to $800 and not incur any import duty or tax on your order.

  • US express delivery (2-4 days) £25

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

RETURNS

All items must be returned and reach us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without having been worn, washed or altered with tags still attached. In the interest of hygiene, we request you wear underwear and keep the bikini liner on when trying on your swimwear.

For click & collect orders, all items must be returned and reach us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days from the date of your payment. If sent after this period then the customer will be issued an online credit note for the full amount paid. This must be used within six months. 

We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. We may refuse to refund or exchange your purchase if we receive damaged goods. We will, however, return the damaged goods to you.

All jewellery, homeware and beauty products are not eligible for refunds and returns due to hygiene purposes.

All shipping costs for the return will be at the customer's expense both if using the return label we'll provide you or another shipping method of your choice.

*Salt Boutique is not responsible for any returns lost in transit - if you wish to return the items using a different shipping method than the one we offer you, it is recommended to include tracking and insurance for your protectionIf a parcel is lost using the DHL label provided, Salt Boutique is not responsible for these items. 

Customers are allowed to return their items directly to our boutique.

All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds can take up to 10 days to show on your account. The refund is being issued under the name of Salt Boutique. 

FAULTY ITEMS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear by accident or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at emily@saltresortwear.com with photographic evidence. 

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to process exchanges, please process a return for the unwanted item(s) and place a separate order for the new items you wish to receive.
